Enclosed are copies of the California Swing Dance Hall of Fame package and flyer. Included in the package is a cover page, a nomination form, a nominee questionnaire (to be filled out and returned), a description of award categories, and a listing of all previous winners.

It is requested that you distribute this package and flyer to anyone you think might be qualified to be considered for Hall of Fame recognition, based on the criteria included in the categories. And, if you know of anyone who might have previously submitted a package but needs to have an updated resume, it would be appreciated if you would provide the package to that person as well.
